Cancellation policy

At HydroSoul Wellness, we value your time and aim to provide personalised services for all our clients.

To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

Appointment Cancellation

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

Emergency Situations

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In case of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will not be issued for missed or cancelled appointments within the specified time frame, but exceptions can be made for medical emergencies with appropriate documentation.

If you have prepaid for your session and provide the required 24-hour notice for cancellation, you will be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future appointment.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
